About The Composition

Have you ever set up a meeting with somebody and they just didn’t show up? Or somebody gave you their number, told you to call them and then they just never answered their phone? I tried to capture this feeling in Ghosted Again.

To “Ghost” someone is to build up the anticipation of a meeting only for on parted to seemingly disappear (like a ghost) at the last minute without giving any kind of warning.

The repeated chords and phrases in Ghosted Again attempt to capture this waiting feeling. Checking your phone again and again to see if you missed something. Watching the clock tick passed the time you were supposed to meet as you slowly realize you’ve been stood up.

It sucks, but we’ve all been there. It feels like it’s part of the universal human. I can imagine cave men ghosting each other as well :-)

Next time you get Ghosted, listen to this song!
